Job Title: Oracle Fusion HCM Talent Management Consultant Location: Noida (Hybrid Work Model) Experience: Minimum 3 years Salary: Up to 16 to 20 LPA Type: Full-time | Immediate Joiners Preferred About the Role: We are hiring an Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant specializing in Talent Management for a leading Global Capability Center in Noida. The role involves working closely with global HR stakeholders and IT teams to implement, enhance, and support Talent Management modules. Key Responsibilities: Lead and support end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion Talent Management modules (Goals, Performance, Talent Review, Career Development). Collaborate with global HR teams to understand business needs and translate them into system configurations and solutions. Handle enhancements, configurations, and quarterly patch updates . Conduct requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis , and user training . Troubleshoot issues, manage system upgrades , and ensure optimal performance. Maintain documentation including functional specs, SOPs, and process flows. Ensure data security and compliance across modules. Required Qualifications & Skills: Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM , especially Talent Management modules. Must have completed at least two end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementations . Sound knowledge of business process configuration, fast formulas, OTBI/BIP reports , and workflow setups. Strong functional understanding of HR processes in large enterprises. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Oracle Certification (Fusion HCM) is preferred. Why Join Us?
