Roles and Responsibility Manage and deliver high-quality R12.2.x support projects and enhancements. Utilize RICE components to manage complex technical issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements. Develop and implement effective solutions to meet business needs. Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members. Ensure timely delivery of projects and maintain high customer satisfaction. Job Requirements Strong knowledge of Oracle R12 technical architecture and components. Experience in managing R12.2.x support projects and enhancements. Good understanding of OAF and workflow concepts. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
