The role requires strong functional expertise across Inventory, Order Management, Costing, and CRM (Field Service) modules, with proven experience in implementations, enhancements, and production support. Key Responsibilities Deliver functional expertise in EBS SCM modules : Inventory, Order Management, Costing, and CRM Field Service . Work with business teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and provide functional support. Configure, test, and implement Oracle EBS features and customizations. Coordinate with technical teams for RICE components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions). Troubleshoot and resolve issues in support projects. Prepare documentation including functional design and test cases. Support user training and post-implementation activities. Requirements 610 years of Oracle EBS SCM functional experience. Strong knowledge of Inventory, OM, Costing, and CRM Field Service modules. Hands-on in full-cycle implementations and support. Ability to work independently in a remote, client-facing environment .
