As a key member of the Sales & DM organization, your primary responsibility will be to support the generation of license revenue and enhance customer license management by ensuring accurate and timely migration of existing licenses in compliance with Oracle Policies. You will be required to conduct thorough research on customer details using Oracle internal applications such as Asset Report, PeopleSoft (HAT), and ROSIE. It is essential to develop and continuously update a strong understanding of Oracle's Policies, systems, and research tools. Collaboration with Sales teams, DM, PRG, and Finance team is crucial to streamline the CES process effectively. You will act as the main point of contact for all inquiries related to the process and manage the workflow to assign resources according to their skill sets. Additionally, you will play a role in decision-making by providing reports on volumes and trends to the management when necessary. Your role is instrumental in supporting the organization's revenue goals and ensuring efficient license management for customers. Your dedication to accuracy, timeliness, and collaboration will be key in achieving these objectives effectively.,
