Oracle (OIC + HCM)

Oracle Fusion / EBS / HRMS Technical Consultant (OIC + HCM)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and support

  Oracle Fusion HCM

  customizations, reports, and extensions (HDL, HCM Extracts, OTBI, BI Publisher).
• Work on

  Oracle EBS HRMS

  technical components including Fast Formulas, APIs, Interfaces, Workflows, and Reports.
• Design, build, and maintain integrations using

  Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)

  REST/SOAP APIs, ICS flows, PaaS integrations.
• Create inbound/outbound interfaces between Fusion HCM and third-party applications.
• Support HR modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Talent, Absence, Time & Labor.
• Troubleshoot technical issues across Fusion/OIC/EBS and provide timely resolutions.
• Participate in requirement gathering, technical design, documentation, testing, and deployment.
• Ensure data accuracy, system performance, and compliance with security standards.
• Collaborate closely with functional teams and business stakeholders.
