Your technical expertise will ensure seamless integration with existing systems and improve supply chain efficiency and visibility. Your key responsibilities will involve gathering and documenting business requirements, configuring MSCA functionalities based on best practices, conducting thorough testing, and providing effective training to end-users. Additionally, your involvement in project planning and support will contribute to issue resolution and guidance on best practices. The ideal candidate for this role should possess technical expertise in integrating MSCA solutions, strong business analysis skills, configuration expertise, experience in testing and training, and excellent problem-solving abilities.
