Skills and Qualifications Required : - 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFS). - Strong experience as an OFS functional consultant and technical developer. - Expertise in OFS implementation, configuration, and customization. - Hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for system integrations. - Strong development skills with REST and SOAP APIs. - Experience with incident management, service requests, and call center solutions. - Knowledge of Oracle methodologies, tools, and leading practices. - Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and support customers across time zones.
