Lead the design of Oracle Incentive Compensation (ICM) Cloud solutions.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
Configure, develop, and customize ICM Cloud modules to meet client-specific needs.
Design and implement compensation plans, crediting rules, rollups, and incentive models.
Develop integrations with other Oracle Cloud modules
Provide technical leadership to offshore/onsite teams and ensure smooth delivery.
Conduct unit testing, SIT, UAT support, and performance tuning of ICM implementations.
Atleast 3+ years in Oracle Incentive Compensation (ICM) Cloud.
Strong communication skills
Strong understanding of sales performance management, incentive structures, and compensation rules.
Hands-on experience in ICM configuration, plan setup, rollup hierarchy, transaction processing, and credit assignment.
Experience in ICM integrations using REST, SOAP, and Oracle Integration Cloud (ICM iPaaS).
