Oracle HFM/EPBCS Consultant

As an Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) and Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (EPBCS) Consultant joining the finance transformation team, you will play a crucial role in implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle HFM and EPBCS solutions. Your responsibilities will include leading and supporting solution implementation, collaborating with finance stakeholders to translate requirements into system solutions, designing financial reports and dashboards, performing system upgrades and tuning, providing end-user training, troubleshooting application issues, and working with cross-functional teams. You will also be responsible for documenting processes, configurations, and customizations. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and support the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of Oracle HFM and EPBCS solutions. - Collaborate with finance stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions. - Design and develop financial reports, dashboards, and data integrations. - Perform system upgrades, patching, and performance tuning. - Provide end-user training and support. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to HFM and EPBCS applications. - Work with cross-functional teams including finance, IT, and external vendors. - Document processes, configurations, and customizations. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle HFM and EPBCS. - Strong understanding of financial consolidation, planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes. - Experience in metadata management, data loading, and validation. - Proficiency in Smart View, Financial Reporting Studio, and Calculation Manager. - Knowledge of data integration tools and scripting (e.g., FDMEE, EPM Automate). - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field. Good To Have: - Experience with FDMEE for data integration and automation. - Exposure to Oracle Cloud EPM suite and other related modules. - Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management tools.
