Job Summary

Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) and Enterprise Planning & Budgeting Cloud Service (EPBCS) Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, implement, configure, and maintain Oracle HFM and EPBCS solutions.
• Collaborate with finance stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective system solutions.
• Design and develop financial reports, dashboards, and data integrations.
• Manage system upgrades, patching, and performance tuning.
• Provide end-user support and training to enhance adoption.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to HFM and EPBCS applications.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Finance, IT, and external vendors.
• Document processes, configurations, and customizations.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle HFM and EPBCS.
• Strong understanding of financial consolidation, planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Experience in metadata management, data loading, and validation.
• Proficiency in Smart View, Financial Reporting Studio, and Calculation Manager.
• Knowledge of data integration tools and scripting (e.g., FDMEE, EPM Automate).
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
  

Good To Have

• Experience with FDMEE for data integration and automation.
• Exposure to Oracle Cloud EPM suite and related modules.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
