Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits modules, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, and deployment.
  • Configure benefits plan types, eligibility profiles, costing structures, open enrollment processes, qualifying life events, and integrations with payroll and other HCM modules.
  • Develop integration interfaces using HCM Data Loader (HDL), File-Based Data Import (FBDI), SOAP/REST services, and middleware tools.
  • Conduct functional workshops, document business requirements, develop test scenarios, and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles.
  • Provide post-go-live support including troubleshooting, patching, updates, and recommending continuous improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align benefits solutions with HR processes, compliance standards, and project timelines.

Skills & Qualifications:

Must-Have:

  • 8+ years of IT experience focused on Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits implementations.
  • Proven expertise in configuring eligibility profiles, plan design, costing, open enrollment, and life-event processing.
  • Hands-on experience with HCM Data Loader (HDL), File-Based Data Imports (FBDI), and integration technologies (SOAP/REST).
  • Strong knowledge of global benefits regulations, compliance, and benefits administration best practices.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience leading remote consulting teams.
  • Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits certification preferred.

Preferred:

  • Experience with Oracle OTBI reports, HCM Extracts, and BI Publisher.
  • Familiarity with RICEF development (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions) for custom solutions.
  • Experience in global rollouts and multi-country benefits implementations.
  • Exposure to project management methodologies and change management practices.
