Oracle HCM Redwood Developer

You will be responsible for designing and developing user interfaces utilizing Oracle Redwood Design System, ensuring consistency and adherence to best practices. Your role will involve implementing personalization and extensibility features using Visual Builder (VB Studio) to enhance user experience and meet specific client requirements. You will apply Redwood Design Patterns to create intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for Oracle HCM applications. In this position, you will develop responsive and interactive web applications using JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and JSON data models. Additionally, you will configure and customize workflow tools to streamline business processes within Oracle HCM. Your tasks will include utilizing HCM Design Studio to create and modify page layouts, fields, and business rules. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining Fast Formulas to implement complex business logic and calculations. This role involves using HCM Data Loader (HDL) to efficiently import and export large volumes of data. Furthermore, you will write and optimize SQL and PL/SQL code for database interactions and data manipulation. As part of your responsibilities, you will create and maintain BI Reports and Analytics to provide actionable insights from HCM data. You will also develop and manage HCM Extracts for data integration and reporting purposes. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications will be essential. To ensure high-quality deliverables, you will perform thorough testing and debugging of developed features. Your role will also involve providing technical support and troubleshooting for Oracle HCM Redwood applications. It will be important to stay updated with the latest Oracle HCM Cloud updates and incorporate new features into existing applications.
