Role & responsibilities Engage in discussions with Client and get the requirements Drive the client meetings and play the role of a SPOC Responsible for the design, development, testing and support of technical and partial functional tasks in Oracle Cloud HCM Work on incidents, enhancements, Problems and service requests Development of BI & OTBI Reports Develop HDL scripts for bulk HR data correction Load Monthly Currency Rates (FX rates) Create/Update Fast Formulas Page Personalization using sandbox Analyzing the interface issues and providing the solution for data corrections Resolved setup configuration related issues Carry out unit testing on code and develop test plans to verify logic of new or modified code Create appropriate documentation such as requirements, detailed analysis, technical documentation or user guides Adherence to documented development standards and implementation of "best practice" development methods
