Oracle Hcm Functional Consultant

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultant to lead and support Oracle HCM Cloud implementations, enhancements, integrations, and support activities. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, HR teams, technical teams, and project managers to gather requirements, design solutions, configure the system, conduct testing, and support go-live activities.

Looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultant with deep expertise in HCM Workflow Configuration, Approval Management, BPM Admin and HCM Security in HCM modules. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, configuring, and supporting Oracle HCM Cloud approval workflows, BPM Admin,security models, data access controls, and role-based security frameworks to meet business and compliance requirements.

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from HR stakeholders.
• Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend Oracle HCM Cloud best practices.
• Design functional solutions and prepare business process documents.
• Configure Oracle HCM Cloud modules based on business requirements.

• Primary Skill: Should have hands on experience HCM workflows Approvals, BPM Admin ( HCM means : like Core HR, Compensation other HCM modules). Rating 9/10 or 10/10.
• Primary Skill: Should have hands on experience HCM Security ( HCM means: like Core HR, Compensation other HCM modules) Rating 8/10.
• Secondary skills: That adds value are: Functional Integration testing, Functional Building test case on HCM modules.
• Experience with at least 2-3 full lifecycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Configure and maintain Oracle HCM Cloud modules approval workflows using:

1. Transaction Console
2. BPM Admin
3. Approval Rules Management
4. Approval Groups
5. Supervisory Hierarchy Approvals and other.

• Design approval workflows for:

1. Oracle HCM Modules.
2. Employee Lifecycle Transactions
3. Workforce Structures
4. Employment Changes
5. Promotions and Transfers
6. Compensation Changes
7. Learning and Recruiting Processes

• Troubleshoot workflow failures and approval routing issues.
• Perform impact analysis for quarterly Oracle Cloud releases affecting workflow configurations.
• Monitor and resolve issues through Transaction Console, BPM Admin.

Experience in HCM Security Administration:

• Configure and maintain Oracle HCM modules Security Framework.
• Design, customize and implement:

1. Job Roles
2. Abstract Roles
3. Duty Roles
4. Data Roles
5. Custom Roles

• Configure Role Provisioning Rules.
• Manage user security access and segregation of duties (SoD).
• Implement data security policies based on legal employer, business unit, department, position, and geography.
• Ensure compliance with organizational security and audit requirements.
• Prepare functional design documents (FDD), configuration workbooks, and solution documentation.
• Troubleshoot functional issues and provide resolutions.
• Experience with workflow configuration, approval processes, role-based security, and user provisioning in Oracle Fusion HCM.

Experience with Redwood-enabled Oracle HCM environments and exposure to Oracle Identity Management (IDCS/IAM) is preferred.

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience, in analysis, design, configuration, testing, documenting and production support of Oracle HCM cloud from functional standpoint.

Education

• Bachelors Degree in related field or equivalent work or military experience Required
