BPO Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage medical billing operations, ensuring accurate and timely submission of claims to insurance companies.
• Oversee the work of junior staff members, providing guidance and training to ensure high-quality output.
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors in medical coding, radiology, anesthesia, IVR, AAPC certifications.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues related to patient care, billing discrepancies, or operational concerns.

Job Requirements :

• 10-25 years of experience in Medical Billing Manager role with expertise in Anesthesia, Radiology, IVR, AAPC coding certification.
• Strong understanding of Operations Management principles and Process Management techniques.
• Excellent Interpersonal Skills for effective communication with team members and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in written communication for creating clear documentation and reports.
