Greetings from NTT DATT, We are looking out for Chargeback Analyst for NTT Data.Job SummaryNTT DATA is looking for dynamic and detail-oriented French B2 Certified professionals to join our Credit Card Operations team as a Chargeback Analyst. The role involves managing fraud investigations, dispute resolution, chargeback processing, and financial recovery activities while providing excellent customer support in both French and English.If you have a background in Banking, Financial Services, Risk Operations, Chargebacks, Disputes, or Fraud Analysis and possess strong French language proficiency, we'd like to hear from you.Chargeback Analyst JD:Key Responsibilities:* Analyze and process fraud and dispute cases within defined SLAs.* Manage the complete chargeback lifecycle in accordance with card association rules and regulations.* Investigate potentially fraudulent transactions and recommend appropriate actions.* Handle customer disputes and recovery processes.* Review merchant responses and support recovery efforts.* Perform transaction validation and fraud trend analysis.* Prepare reports and maintain compliance with internal policies and PCI standards.* Coordinate with internal stakeholders and support new team members through knowledge sharing.* Deliver exceptional customer service while resolving complex cases.Requirements: French Language Certification – B2 Level (Mandatory) Excellent French Communication Skills (Read, Write & Speak) Good English Communication Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Knowledge of Fraud, Disputes, Chargebacks, Banking Operations, or Financial Services Proficiency in MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint Ability to work in rotational shiftsWork Details:* Work from Office* Rotational Evening Shifts* Rotational Week Offs* Full-Time PositionInterested candidates can share their updated resume with us.Palak- 7303391661Don’t miss this amazing opportunity!
