Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of integration solutions within Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Define and implement integration strategies, data flow frameworks, and middleware architectures.
• Provide technical leadership and best practices for HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure seamless end-to-end integration between HCM and external systems.
• Troubleshoot and optimize existing integrations, ensuring performance, scalability, and compliance with standards.
• Guide development teams on complex formula logic and data extraction strategies.
• Maintain detailed technical documentation and integration design specifications.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 10+ years of overall IT experience with a focus on Oracle Cloud HCM.
• Mandatory Expertise:
• Deep hands-on experience with HCM Extracts.
• Advanced proficiency in Fast Formulas (Payroll, Absence, Benefits, or Compensation).
• Strong background in HCM Cloud Integrations and OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud).
• Proven experience in integration architecture and solution design within Oracle Cloud environments.
• Solid understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, XML, XSLT, HDL, and FBL.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration abilities.
  

Good To Have

• Exposure to Oracle BI Publisher, Payroll Integrations, and Core HR data models.
• Experience working with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) or scripting (Shell/Python).
• Knowledge of data security and compliance best practices within HCM systems.
