You are invited to apply for the position of Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Applications Implementation and Support Specialist. As a skilled professional with 5 to 10 years of experience, you will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and design, configure, and implement Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Applications, specifically focusing on Benefits and Compensation modules. Your role will involve supporting end-users by troubleshooting and resolving system issues, conducting system testing, participating in system upgrades and enhancements, and working closely with stakeholders to identify and address system gaps. Additionally, you will be required to maintain system documentation, including process flows, configuration guides, and user manuals. To excel in this role, you must possess at least 5-10 years of hands-on experience in implementing and supporting Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits and Compensation modules. A strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Applications, particularly in Benefits and Compensation functionalities, is essential. Familiarity with Core HR functionalities is considered advantageous. Your proven experience in gathering business requirements, designing solutions, and configuring Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Applications will be crucial. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, will enable you to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. The capacity to work independently, manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and hold Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Applications certifications will be advantageous.
