We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Oracle Fusion Techno-Functional Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of functional expertise in Oracle Fusion Applications and technical proficiency in related tools and technologies. This role is critical for driving successful implementations, enhancements, and support of Oracle Fusion solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Responsibilities :
Business Analysis & Solution Design :
- Perform fit-gap analysis between business requirements and Oracle Fusion standard functionalities, identifying areas for configuration, customization, or process re-engineering.
- Design and propose optimal Oracle Fusion solutions, ensuring best practices, scalability, and adherence to Oracle standards.
- Develop functional design documents (FDDs) and technical design documents (TDDs) for identified solutions.
Configuration & Implementation :
- Lead or participate in end-to-end Oracle Fusion implementation and rollout projects.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including technical developers, other functional consultants, and project managers.
Technical Development & Integration :
Business Intelligence (OTBI), and Financial Reporting Studio (FRS).
- Design and implement integrations between Oracle Fusion applications and other external systems using tools like Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), web services (REST/SOAP), and File-Based Data Import (FBDI).
- Develop custom solutions, extensions, and modifications using technologies like SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle ADF, Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS), and Application Composer.
- Perform data migration from legacy systems to Oracle Fusion using appropriate tools and methodologies (e.g., HDL for HCM).
Testing & Quality Assurance :
- Lead and support UAT sessions, defect resolution, and deployment activities.
- Ensure the quality and performance of implemented solutions.
Support & Maintenance :
- Support month-end and quarter-end close cycles for relevant modules.
- Analyze and resolve performance issues, optimizing database queries and application processes.
- Stay updated with Oracle Fusion quarterly updates, assess new features, and recommend adoption strategies.
Documentation & Training :

- Facilitate user training sessions to enhance system adoption and efficiency.
Mentorship & Leadership :
- Actively contribute to knowledge sharing and best practices within the team.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience :
- Proven experience in at least 2-3 full lifecycle Oracle Fusion implementation projects.
- Strong experience in supporting and enhancing Oracle Fusion applications in a production environment.
