Job Description

You should have a minimum of 10 years of overall experience, with at least 7 years dedicated to Fusion Finance implementation and support. Your primary responsibility will be to configure and customize Oracle Fusion applications according to client requirements and industry best practices. This involves conducting a detailed analysis of client business processes to understand their financial management needs. You will work closely with clients to gather and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications. In the Solution Design phase, you will be expected to design and propose effective solutions using Oracle Fusion Financials modules. This includes developing detailed functional designs that take into account system capabilities, business processes, and industry standards. Testing and Quality Assurance are crucial aspects of the job, requiring you to develop and execute test plans to ensure the successful implementation of Oracle Fusion Financials. You will also be responsible for conducting system testing, user acceptance testing, and assisting in resolving any identified issues. As part of Training and Support, you will provide end-user training on Oracle Fusion Financials modules and offer post-implementation support, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with technical teams to resolve complex problems. Documentation is key, and you will need to create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including business process documents, functional designs, and test plans. Stakeholder Collaboration is essential, as you will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment between business goals and technology solutions. Effective communication with project teams, management, and clients is required to provide project updates and gather feedback. Key requirements for this role include hands-on experience in configuring and customizing Oracle Fusion applications, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, effective communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
