Oracle Fusion SCM S&OP Planning Consultant

As a Senior Oracle Fusion S&OP Consultant at Frontend Arts, you will be responsible for leading the configuration and deployment of Oracle Fusion S&OP solutions tailored to client-specific business needs. Your role will involve collaborating with key stakeholders from Supply Chain, Finance, and Sales to align demand and supply planning with organizational objectives. You will support scenario modeling, improve forecasting accuracy using historical data and market trends, and gather business requirements to translate them into scalable Oracle S&OP solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Design and configure end-to-end S&OP processes integrated with broader supply chain modules such as Demand Planning and Supply Planning. - Oversee system configuration, data migration, and integration with other Oracle Cloud applications like Procurement, Inventory, and Finance. - Develop and execute detailed testing strategies including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing. - Provide comprehensive end-user training and create detailed documentation to facilitate adoption and efficient system use. - Deliver post-go-live support, issue resolution, and system maintenance. - Monitor Oracle updates and implement new features to improve system performance. - Stay informed on industry best practices and Oracle enhancements, recommending improvements for efficiency and accuracy. - Act as a subject matter expert in troubleshooting and resolving complex planning issues.
