Full Job Description: Role Overview: Oracle is seeking a Oracle Fusion HCM Solutions Consultant to join our dynamic Oracle University team. This role is perfect for a seasoned professional who thrives on sharing knowledge and making complex topics accessible and engaging. You'll play a critical role in developing and delivering high-quality training content across Oracle HCM, with a focus on Payroll, as part of Oracle University's global digital learning ecosystem. Preferred Qualifications: Deep passion for teaching, mentoring, and knowledge-sharing in fast-paced environments. Hands-on consulting or implementation experience with Oracle HCM Applications, specifically Talent. Strong understanding of Oracle HCM / Talent Modules including: Learning Management Career and Performance Profile Management Time and Absence Compensation Oracle Recruiting Cloud Global HR Broader exposure to Time and Labor, Absence Management, Benefits, and Compensation modules. Familiarity with instructional design principles and modern e-learning technologies is a plus. Career Level: IC4 Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and deliver training content for Oracle University's Cloud Learning Subscriptions, live sessions, certifications, and other digital learning formats. Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll, guiding customers, partners, and internal teams through modern learning paths. Record and produce engaging online content that blends instructional design with real-world consulting insights. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve Oracle Cloud education offerings. Lead live, interactive private training sessions and hands-on labs in a dynamic cloud-based environment. Career Level - IC4
