Oracle Fusion Distributed Order Orchestration Engineer

As an Oracle Fusion Distributed Order Orchestration Engineer, you will be responsible for providing L2/L3 support for Oracle Fusion ERP SCM modules, troubleshooting and resolving complex system issues, developing and maintaining integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Autonomous Transaction Processing (ATP), customizing workflows, reports, and dashboards using PL/SQL, Oracle APIs, and Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI), analyzing Oracle's quarterly patch updates, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure effective ERP solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Provide L2/L3 support for Oracle Fusion ERP SCM modules including Procurement (PO), Inventory (IN), Manufacturing (MFG), and Cost Accounting (CA). - Diagnose and resolve complex system issues, verify Oracle configurations, and coordinate with Oracle Support as needed. - Build and maintain integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Autonomous Transaction Processing (ATP). - Customize and develop workflows, reports, and dashboards using PL/SQL, Oracle APIs, and OTBI. - Analyze Oracle's quarterly patch updates, perform impact analysis, and develop comprehensive test plans for regression testing. - Liaise with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to understand requirements and provide effective ERP solutions. - Collaborate and communicate across distributed teams to ensure seamless knowledge handoff and project continuity. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion ERP, especially in SCM modules (PO, IN, MFG, CA). - Strong command over PL/SQL, Oracle APIs, and OTBI reporting. - Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and ATP for integration solutions. - Strong understanding of Oracle quarterly patch processes and related testing procedures. - Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. - Excellent communication skills and experience in onshore-offshore model coordination.
