Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Gather requirements from business partners and translate functional needs into technical/functional specifications for Oracle SCM Cloud modules.
Provide customer service support including tracking, diagnosis, replication, troubleshooting, and resolution of critical cases.
Take ownership of customer issues and follow through on all assignments.
Support incident management and triage functional/technical issues; prioritize and escalate business-critical problems.
Assist with SaaS configuration and administration: workflows, business rules, roles, approvals, reports, data security, etc.
Manage Service Requests (SRs) with Oracle, including ticket creation and lifecycle management.
Analyze impact of quarterly updates, perform UAT/regression testing, and communicate risks or changes to the business.
Monitor and support integrations, inbound/outbound APIs, file flows, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)/OFS.
Maintain up-to-date documentation, FAQs, quick guides, and process manuals.
Advocate for user satisfaction and recommend improvements for recurring issues.
Ensure compliance with data privacy and Oracle/organizational policies, and promote SaaS best practices.
