Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of automation frameworks for Oracle Fusion applications.
  
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium and Java.
  
• Implement testing strategies across UI and API layers.
  
• Drive adoption of TDD and BDD practices across teams.
  
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure test coverage and quality.
  
• Integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines.
  
• Monitor and report on test execution and defect metrics.
  
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior automation engineers.
  
• Evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies for test automation.
  

Required Skills and Qualification:

• Strong experience in Selenium and Java-based automation frameworks
  
• Expertise in testing Oracle Fusion applications
  
• Hands-on experience with API testing tools and frameworks
  
• Deep understanding of TDD and BDD methodologies
  
• Experience integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines
  
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  
• Bachelor of Technology or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
  
• Familiarity with performance testing tools
  
• Exposure to DevOps practices and containerized environments
