Oracle FCC/ARC Cloud Consultant

In this role as an Oracle FCC/ARC Cloud consultant at our company, you will be part of a team dedicated to delivering innovative Oracle solutions to clients. Your main responsibilities will include: - Implementing, configuring, and supporting Financial Consolidation and Close (FCC) and/or Account Reconciliations (ARC) solutions based on business requirements. - Collaborating with finance teams to understand their needs and translate them into effective system solutions. - Designing the data model, calculations, and reporting structures within FCC to meet client requirements. - Configuring FCC based on the designed specifications and performing system testing to ensure smooth implementation. - Assisting in month-end and quarter-end close processes, configuring Financial Close Task Manager, and designing and optimizing account reconciliation workflows in ARC. - Troubleshooting and resolving FCC and/or ARC issues, creating reports, dashboards, and automation solutions, providing training and ongoing support to end users. - Proactively identifying and communicating delivery updates to all project stakeholders. To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent. - 3-10 years of experience with Oracle FCC/ARC Cloud (on-prem and cloud). - Experience leading full life cycle Oracle FCC/ARC Cloud implementations. - Extensive knowledge of FCC functionalities, including setting up periods, organizational units, formats, custom attributes, rules, profiles, match types, sources, and attributes. - Strong knowledge of software development principles. - Leadership capabilities, creative and analytical problem-solving skills. - Flexibility to participate in key project activities outside regular business hours. Additional qualifications that would give you an edge include Oracle certification, complete project lifecycle experience in Account Reconciliation Compliance/Transaction Matching Project, and sound knowledge of ARM/ARC with hands-on experience in configuration.
