Oracle FAH - Senior Associate

Role Overview: As a Senior Associate with 5-9 years of experience, your primary role will be to implement Oracle Fusion Applications across various modules and client-specific customizations. You will work as part of a team of consultants, documenting and managing business process flow charts, providing hands-on functional & configuration support, building and maintaining configuration guides, and executing test scripts. You will be responsible for resolving issues identified during testing cycles, providing post-implementation support, and interacting with colleagues, customers, onshore counterparts, and business teams. Additionally, you will need to be flexible to support different US time zones effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Implement Oracle Fusion Applications across modules and client-specific customizations - Document and manage business process flow charts - Provide hands-on functional & configuration support - Build and maintain configuration guides and functional specification documents - Execute test scripts and resolve issues identified during testing cycles - Provide post-implementation support and interact with colleagues, customers, and business teams - Coordinate with Oracle and DEV team for issue resolution - Support different US time zones effectively to provide overlap Qualifications Required: - Experience in implementation & maintenance of at least 2 of the following Oracle modules: Oracle FAH Fusion Accounting Hub, Oracle Account Receivables, Oracle General Ledger, Oracle Assets, Oracle Cash Management - Process knowledge of Oracle Cloud Financials FAH (Financial Accounting Hub) module - Ability to perform configuration based on client requirements - Clear understanding of gaps between Oracle product features and client requirements - Experience in writing Functional Specifications, coordinating with client business leads, and performing testing - Good communication skills to understand requirements and explain viewpoints clearly - Any graduation/post-graduation/B.E/B.Tech/MBA/CA/CMA/any post-qualification Additional Company Details: There are no additional details about the company provided in the job description.,
