Job Description

We are looking for EPBCS Resource with below requirements for workforce implementation

Responsibilities

  • Implement and support Oracle EPM EPBCS Workforce for financial planning, budgeting, and reporting.
  • Assist with financial planning activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Integration of EPBCS with HCM.
  • Independantly write Business rules.
  • Proficient in Groovy Scripts.
  • Implement Custom Oracle EPM applications.
  • Able to handle UAT and Go-Live, Hypercare Support.

Requirements

Experience:
  • Extensive experience in working with Oracle EPM and FP&A processes.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of financial planning, forecasting, and financial reporting.

Technical Skills

  • Proficient in Oracle EPM EPBCS, PBCS, Workforce, Groovy, Data Management.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, offshore environment.
  • Strong communication skills to work with global teams.
