Oracle EPM Consultant - HFM/FCCS/FDMEE

As an experienced Oracle EPM Consultant, your role involves leading the design, development, and deployment of Oracle's Enterprise Performance Management solutions. You will collaborate closely with finance and IT stakeholders to implement, optimize, and support Oracle EPM Cloud modules such as Planning, FCCS, and FDMEE. Key Responsibilities: - Lead or support the implementation of Oracle EPM Cloud solutions including Planning, FCCS, etc. - Gather and analyze business requirements, and translate them into functional specifications. - Configure EPM applications, which includes metadata setup, business rules, forms, reports, and dashboards. - Develop and optimize data integrations between ERP and EPM systems. - Support testing efforts such as test planning, scripting, and execution (SIT/UAT). - Train business users and offer post-implementation support. - Assist in ongoing enhancements, patching, and quarterly updates. - Prepare documentation for solution design, technical specifications, and user guides. - Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams like finance, IT, PMO, etc. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in implementing Oracle EPM Cloud solutions. - Strong understanding of Planning, FCCS, FDMEE, and other Oracle EPM modules. - Proficiency in configuring EPM applications and developing data integrations. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with various stakeholders. - Prior experience in training end-users and providing post-implementation support.
