Job Description

As an Enterprise Data Management Cloud Service Specialist at Capgemini, you will play a key role in managing and governing enterprise data assets to ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance across systems. Your responsibilities will include: - Implementing data standards, policies, and governance frameworks to manage and govern enterprise data assets. - Designing and maintaining master data management (MDM) solutions for data consistency and accuracy. - Collaborating with business and IT teams to identify data needs, streamline processes, and align with enterprise data strategy. - Performing data quality analysis and profiling using SQL and other tools to ensure integrity and compliance. - Developing and maintaining data hierarchies, mappings, and metadata within EDMCS for financial and operational reporting. - Supporting integration of EDMCS with ERP and EPM systems for seamless data flow. - Monitoring and resolving data issues related to integrity, lineage, and discrepancies. - Assisting in cloud migration and optimization strategies for EDMCS. - Providing training and guidance to stakeholders on EDMCS best practices and data governance principles. - Participating in the full project lifecycle from design to implementation, including testing and UAT. Your profile should include the following qualifications: - Strong expertise in Enterprise Data Management Cloud Service (EDMCS) and Master Data Management (MDM) concepts. - Hands-on experience in data governance, data quality, and metadata management. - Proficiency in SQL and data profiling tools for analysis and validation. - Knowledge of hierarchy management, data mappings, and golden source identification. - Familiarity with Oracle Cloud EPM/ERP integration and related financial systems. - Understanding of data security, compliance, and regulatory requirements. - Ability to design and implement data standards and governance frameworks. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. - Experience with cloud platforms (Oracle Cloud, AWS) and financial domain is an added advantage.
