The Business Process Improvement Manager will support the Process Integrations across the Secure Power plants. You should have extensive experience and expertise in Oracle APPS Techno-Functional knowledge, specifically in Manufacturing and Supply Chain modules such as Purchasing, iSupplier Portal, iProcurment, OSP, Inventory, OM, ASCP, etc. Additionally, you should be well-versed in EDI Integrations, Coupa, and SupplyON tools. Your role will require expertise in Technical development and Integrations, including Oracle, PL/SQL, Oracle ECC, Oracle Apps implementation, personalization's, migrations, up-gradation, Form and Report building, Web design, PI, Power Automation, RPA, and Data analytics. You should also have experience in Process Integrations and EDI projects implementation. Proficiency in tools like Oracle SQL Developer, Toad, SQL Navigator, SQL Loader, and Data Loader will be essential. As the Business Process Improvement Manager, you will be responsible for understanding business specifications, new capabilities, requirements, and data mappings to provide optimal solutions. This involves evaluating the scope of projects, finalizing project requirements, building BRD, MD50, Test cases, training material, and deployment knowledge. You should be capable of integrating third-party tools with Oracle ERP and quick analysis of issues to provide necessary support to operational/business teams. Your role will also involve managing and participating in UAT, conducting gap analysis of Business scenarios/flows, ensuring that business requirements and functional specifications are tested and fulfilled. Implementation and deployment of projects within scheduled deadlines, as well as extending post-implementation and maintenance support to end-users, will be part of your responsibilities. Position Title: Oracle EBS - Technical Consultant Reporting to: Manager Job Location: Bangalore Experience: 7 to 8 years experience as an Oracle Apps EBS Technical Summary of work Environment and Work performed: Experienced Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Technical Consultant with strong expertise in RICEW components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, and Workflows). Skilled in PL/SQL, Oracle Forms/Reports, XML Publisher, Workflow Builder, and Oracle APIs. Proficient in technical development, customizations, data migrations, and integrating EBS with third-party systems across modules such as Financials, SCM, and HRMS. Strong understanding of functional flows and ability to work closely with functional teams to deliver end-to-end technical solutions. Specific Duties: Design, develop, and implement technical solutions within Oracle Applications EBS R12 environment, leveraging expertise in Workflow, Alerts, OAF, Forms, Reports, Web ADI, RICE components, and CEMLI extensions. Develop and maintain inbound and outbound interfaces using appropriate technologies and integration methodologies. Create and modify custom PLLs to meet specific business requirements. Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), including requirement gathering, analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support. Develop and maintain technical documentation including design specifications, test plans, and user manuals. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Oracle EBS applications and integrations. Collaborate with functional consultants and business users to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Skills, Abilities: Strong proficiency in Oracle Workflow, Alerts, Oracle Application Framework (OAF), Forms, Reports, Web ADI, RICE components, and CEMLI extensions. Extensive experience in developing and managing inbound and outbound interfaces. Proficient in developing and customizing custom PLLs. Solid understanding of Oracle EBS R12 architecture and modules. Expertise in PL/SQL, SQL, XML, and Java. Experience with integration technologies such as web services, APIs, SOA, and middleware platforms. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience in the Manufacturing (MFG) industry is highly preferred. Experience with Oracle APEX, ECC. Experience with Microsoft SQL and NO SQL Code , Procedures, Performance Tuning.
