Job Description

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Technical Expertise:

6+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle EBS R12.
Proficiency in core technical components such as PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, BI Publisher, ADF/OAF, and Workflow Builder.
Experience with customizations, extensions, and integrations (CEI) within the Oracle EBS framework.
Working knowledge of integrations with third-party systems, including Vertex and other external tax engines.

System & Application Knowledge:

Strong understanding of Oracle EBS Finance modules (AP, AR, GL, FA, EBTax, Cash Management) from both technical and functional perspectives.
Experience working with ServiceNow or similar IT Service Management (ITSM) platforms for incident and change management.
Familiarity with multinational, multilingual technical deployments, especially in English, Chinese, and Japanese locales.

Problem-Solving & Communication:

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for debugging and resolving complex system issues.
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with business users, technical teams, and stakeholders.
Ability to work under pressure and provide weekend/holiday support during critical periods such as quarter-end or year-end close cycles.

Other:

Understanding of financial close cycles and compliance requirements from a systems perspective.
