Role :- Oracle Enterprise Assess Management (Oracle EAM consultant ) Location : Anywhere in India with Immediate travel to Hong Kong Immediate joiner - must travel to Hong Kong at least for 1 year Need offshore candidates who are willing to travel to HK Immediate Joiners only Experience : 7-9+ Years Experience Skills : Oracle Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) , Oracle WACS, Oracle OFS, Oracle Unifier and Oracle Primvera Required skills: At least 5-7 years professional experience in solution analysis/implementing Oracle Asset Management ( WACS, OFS, Unifier, Primavera ) Must have both functional and technical knowledge Cross functional knowledge to Oracle Fusion preferred Utility experience is an absolute advantage Good knowledge and understanding of business processes Technical / Functional Competencies Excellent presentation and communication skills Ability to effectively communicate business needs to the technology teams Attention to detail and excellent analytic skills Strong stakeholder management skills Main Responsibilities Define and document scope of business requirements of ERP solution ( Oracle and edge systems ) and translate them into technical requirements Work closely with Team Leads and SMEs to define functional requirements for ERP solution Ensure that requirements map to the real business needs and are approved by all relevant stakeholders Manage requirement changes (including process and system changes) to ensure that everyone is working from up-to-date documentation Collaborate with SMEs and Digital team (e.g., application development, quality assurance) to review the solution design and test plan Challenge status quo and bring the best practice of ERP to long term company interest Conduct POC if needed to validate solution design Work with data migration team and integration team on data migration and end to end integrations
