Database and query performance troubleshooting and tuning skills
Working experience of database upgrades and patching
Working experience of Oracle Export/Import, SQL loader utilities
Manage database tablespaces, datafiles, users, roles & privileges, profiles
Manage database backup and recovery with RMAN
Working experience of Oracle datagaurd technology and disaster recovery
Production support operations and ITIL incident management
