Oracle CX with CDP

In this role, you will be responsible for the following: - Data & CDP Operations: You should have knowledge of Oracle CX Unity and CDP principles to manage data flows, enrichment, and segmentation for personalization and reporting needs. - Data Analysis Skills: You must be adept at investigating data issues on the CX Unity side, identifying data differences between CX Unity, BI, and Salesforce. Experience with data comparison tools such as Power BI, SQL, or Excel would be beneficial. - Salesforce Alignment: Having a basic understanding of the Salesforce data model is required. You will support data validation, mapping, and data schema model. Knowledge of Salesforce is essential as it is a crucial data source for CX Unity. - Campaign & Marketing Automation Management: Familiarity with marketing automation tools is necessary, with experience in Eloqua being ideal. Understanding the interaction options with CX Unity is important for effective campaign management. - Cross-Team Collaboration: You will act as the primary point of contact for Marketing and IT teams to address operational issues effectively.
