Professional & Technical Skills: - Design, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards using BI Publisher and OTBI within the Oracle Fusion CX ecosystem.- Strong understanding of data modeling , database design and expertise in creating custom data models, layouts (using templates (RTF/XML/XSL)) and bursting functionalities using BI Publisher.- In OTBI Solid understanding of :subject areas, creating dashboards, KPIs, and usage of logical SQL.- Familiarity with Oracle CX modules such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud- Ability to write efficient SQL queries and understand relational data models- Good understanding of security roles and data access in Fusion applications- Strong Knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL- Experience with ETL processes and toolsNice to Have:- Oracle Certification in Oracle Fusion or related tools- Exposure to Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), BICC, or other data extraction methods.- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
