You will be joining Surtel Technologies as an Oracle Consultant in Indore. Your role will involve configuring, implementing, and supporting Oracle EPM and Order Management modules. You will analyze and map business processes to Oracle applications, provide expert consulting, collaborate with cross-functional teams, troubleshoot issues, document requirements, and conduct training sessions for end-users. It is essential to stay updated with Oracle product updates and recommend improvements. Key Responsibilities: - Configure, implement, and support Oracle EPM and Order Management modules. - Analyze and map business processes to Oracle applications. - Provide expert consulting on Oracle Applications. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams for system integration and optimization. - Identify and troubleshoot functional issues. - Document business requirements, system design, and configuration changes. - Conduct training sessions for end-users. - Stay up-to-date with Oracle product updates. Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Applications. - Strong expertise in Oracle EPM and Order Management modules. - Solid understanding of business processes in finance, supply chain, and project management. - Proven experience in consulting and client-facing roles. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Preferred Skills: - Experience with Oracle Cloud Applications is a plus. - Oracle certifications in relevant modules. - Familiarity with SQL and PL/SQL for querying Oracle databases. - Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
