Oracle Cloud Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) Consultant/Analyst

Role Overview: You will be responsible for supporting, implementing, and optimizing Oracle's Sales and Operations Planning solutions within the Oracle Fusion Cloud ecosystem. Your role will involve closely working with business stakeholders to align supply chain planning, demand forecasting, and financial goals. Key Responsibilities: - Implement and configure Oracle Fusion S&OP solutions to meet business requirements. - Collaborate with stakeholders to define and enhance planning processes by integrating demand and supply planning. - Analyze historical data and trends to enhance forecasting accuracy and scenario modeling. - Align operational plans with business objectives by working closely with supply chain, finance, and sales teams. - Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics within Oracle Cloud S&OP. - Provide end-user training and documentation for effective system utilization. - Troubleshoot and resolve system issues related to planning and forecasting. - Stay updated on Oracle Fusion updates, best practices, and new features. - Assist in data migration, integration with other Oracle Cloud modules, and performance optimization. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, IT, or a related field. - Possess 10+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud with expertise in S&OP, Supply Planning, or Demand Management. - Strong understanding of demand forecasting, supply planning, and inventory optimization principles. - Hands-on experience in configuring and managing Oracle Fusion Planning modules. - Knowledge of data modeling, analytics, and reporting tools within Oracle Cloud. - Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - Experience with Oracle Cloud integrations (OTBI, BI Publisher, FBDI, REST/SOAP APIs) is a plus. - Preferred to have Oracle Cloud certification in Supply Chain Planning.,
