Oracle Cloud Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) Consultant/Analyst

You are an experienced Oracle Fusion S&OP Consultant/Analyst responsible for supporting, implementing, and optimizing Oracle's Sales and Operations Planning solutions. You will collaborate with business stakeholders to align supply chain planning, demand forecasting, and financial goals within the Oracle Fusion Cloud ecosystem. Your key responsibilities include implementing and configuring Oracle Fusion S&OP solutions, defining and optimizing planning processes, analyzing historical data for improved forecasting accuracy, and aligning operational plans with business objectives. You will also develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics within Oracle Cloud S&OP, provide end-user training, troubleshoot system issues, and stay updated on Oracle Fusion updates and best practices. To excel in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, IT, or a related field, along with 10+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud with expertise in S&OP, Supply Planning, or Demand Management. Strong understanding of demand forecasting, supply planning, and inventory optimization principles is essential. Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Planning modules, data modeling, analytics, and reporting tools in Oracle Cloud is required. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills are necessary, and experience with Oracle Cloud integrations is a plus. An Oracle Cloud certification in Supply Chain Planning is preferred.,
