Role Overview: You are sought after to be an Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Specialist with 4-10 years of expertise. Your role involves designing, implementing, and managing cloud infrastructure solutions to optimize the technology environment and support business objectives. You are expected to possess an in-depth understanding of OCI concepts, infrastructure commissioning and decommissioning, and have experience managing multiple tenancies. Key Responsibilities: - Design, deploy, and manage OCI environments ensuring high availability, scalability, and security. - Perform commissioning and decommissioning of OCI resources efficiently. - Manage multiple OCI tenancies including resource allocation, cost management, and performance optimization. - Implement and maintain OCI networking, compute, storage, and database services. - Develop and enforce governance and compliance policies within OCI environments. - Conduct detailed assessments of existing infrastructure and provide recommendations for improvements. - Automate infrastructure provisioning and management using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools. - Monitor and troubleshoot OCI environments to ensure system reliability and performance. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align infrastructure strategies with business goals. - Implement security best practices to protect OCI resources and data. - Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations within OCI environments. - Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. - 4-10 years of experience working with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. - In-depth knowledge of OCI concepts, architecture, and services. - Proven experience in managing multiple OCI tenancies. - Strong understanding of infrastructure commissioning and decommissioning processes. - Proficiency in cloud automation tools and scripting languages (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, Python). - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
