Key Responsibilities: - Analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle HCM Cloud configurations and BPM workflows. - Design, configure, and maintain BPM workflows to streamline HR processes and approvals. - Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users and stakeholders. - Collaborate with technical teams to develop custom solutions and reports. - Perform system testing, data validation, and user acceptance testing (UAT). - Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot functional issues. - Maintain documentation including functional specs, process flows, and user guides. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in information technology, Human Resources, or related field. - 4+ years of experience with Oracle Cloud HCM modules. - Proven experience with Oracle BPM workflow configuration. - Strong understanding of HR business processes and best practices. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
