Oracle Cloud Financial Techno-Functional

As a Financial Systems Consultant, your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with business stakeholders to understand financial process requirements and translate them into Oracle Financial system solutions. You will be required to perform gap analysis and recommend best practices for process improvements within the financial systems. Your expertise in multi-currency Oracle Enterprise setup and financial close processes will be crucial in developing, customizing, and extending Oracle Financial solutions using PL/SQL, security, configuration, and localization. You will also be tasked with creating and maintaining technical documentation, including solution design, specifications, and test scripts. Developing and troubleshooting interfaces between Oracle Financials and other applications, as well as supporting system integrations with other enterprise systems (Dayforce, MAC-PAC, etc.) to ensure seamless financial data flow, will be part of your daily activities. Additionally, you will provide end-user support and troubleshooting for both technical and functional issues related to Oracle Financials. Your role will involve implementing system enhancements and customizations based on business requirements, triaging production support tickets, and prioritizing with business input. You will be actively involved in supporting monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial close processes, managing business chart of accounts, and cross-validation rules. Furthermore, you may lead or participate in Oracle Financials implementation and upgrade projects, conduct testing activities, and ensure compliance with corporate governance, audit, and regulatory standards. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's Degree in Business or Technology or possess 5-7 years of related experience focused on financial processes and systems. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential for effective interaction with various stakeholders. Additionally, you must be willing to travel up to 10% of the time. Desired qualifications include 5+ years of experience in Oracle Financials as a Techno-Functional Consultant, hands-on experience with Oracle Financial modules, relevant Oracle Cloud certifications, expertise in SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle Integration Cloud, knowledge of Oracle APIs, interfaces, and data conversions, strong understanding of financial accounting principles and reporting requirements, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work both independently and within a team environment. Your proven experience in managing projects and delivering on deadlines will be highly valued in this role.,
