Oracle Cloud ERP Finance Functional Consultant

The ideal candidate should possess expert hands-on functional Production Support experience in Oracle Cloud ERP Finance. You must have a strong understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP functionality and processes. It is essential to have been part of at least 2 full life cycle projects of Oracle Fusion Cloud Financial Implementation/support. You should be able to identify functional gaps, provide corrective actions, and respond to customer queries and concerns promptly. Experience in data migration using FBDI, ADFDI is required. Additionally, you should be familiar with post-refresh activities, quarterly upgrade patch activities, and possess good communication skills to produce high-quality deliverables. Prioritizing outstanding issues, support cases, and meeting deadlines are key responsibilities. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to resolve integration issues and support cases is crucial. Experience with ITSM/Jira Tools is preferred. Flexibility to work in the 2nd Shift (4 PM to 1 AM IST) is necessary. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with the Onsite/Offshore Project Team to ensure that the project's operational activities run seamlessly and efficiently. Providing day-to-day incident and Service Request support in your track is also part of the role.,
