Oracle Cloud Data Migration Consultant - APAC

You are an experienced Oracle Cloud Data Migration Consultant who will be responsible for delivering end-to-end data migration solutions across various Oracle Cloud environments. Your expertise in ETL processes, data transformation, and integration methodologies will be key in ensuring seamless transitions for enterprise systems. In this role, you will develop, test, and support Oracle Cloud data migration processes, including the development of SQL and PL/SQL components for ETL processes, design and execution of data migration strategies, and utilization of Oracle Cloud tools such as FBDI and Cloud-based ETL solutions. Integration using REST and SOAP web services, APIs, and Oracle Cloud-specific communication frameworks will also be part of your responsibilities. You are expected to have at least 3 years of experience in Oracle Cloud data migration projects and possess a strong understanding of Oracle ERP and HCM application processes and technical data dictionaries. Proficiency in PL/SQL, SQL, and ETL processes for Oracle Cloud applications, as well as experience with Oracle FBDI and integration technologies, are required. Additionally, you should have knowledge of data security, governance, and compliance considerations in cloud environments. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing data migration components aligned with functional and technical requirements, conducting unit testing and validation of migrated data, providing support for existing data structures, and collaborating with Oracle Support and stakeholders to resolve technical challenges. You should have excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment with periods of high pressure.
