Role Overview

Oracle ADF Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using

  Oracle ADF, JDeveloper, and Fusion Middleware

  .
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical designs.
• Develop and customize

  ADF components (task flows, view objects, entity objects, bindings, etc.)

  .
• Integrate ADF applications with

  Oracle Cloud / EBS / Web Services (SOAP & REST APIs)

  .
• Optimize performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high-quality code delivery.
• Participate in

  code reviews, testing, and deployment

  processes.
• Prepare technical documentation and provide post-implementation support.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum

  6+ years of experience

  in Oracle ADF development.
• Strong expertise in

  ADF Business Components

  ,

  Task Flows

  ,

  Bindings

  , and

  Page Lifecycle

  .
• Proficiency in

  JDeveloper

  ,

  Java/J2EE

  ,

  WebLogic Server

  , and

  ADF Security

  .
• Experience with

  REST/SOAP Web Services

  integration.
• Knowledge of

  Oracle Fusion Middleware

  and

  EBS R12 or Cloud Extensions

  .
• Good understanding of

  UI development (HTML, JavaScript, CSS)

  .
• Strong debugging, performance tuning, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and client interaction capabilities.

Nice to Have

• Exposure to

  VBCS, OIC, or Oracle Cloud Extensions

  .
• Experience with

  Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)

  or

  PL/SQL

  development.
• Oracle ADF certification is an added advantage.
