Job Description

As an Oracle CDP and CDM System Analyst and Configurator at our company, you will play a crucial role in managing, configuring, and optimizing Oracle Customer Data Platform and Customer Data Management systems to ensure efficient data handling and integration across various business functions. With your 5+ years of experience, you will contribute to the success of our team based in Hyderabad. Key Responsibilities: - System Configuration: Configure and customize Oracle CDP and CDM systems to meet business requirements and enhance data management capabilities. - Data Integration: Ensure seamless integration of customer data from multiple sources, maintaining data integrity and consistency. - Performance Analysis: Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements to optimize system efficiency. - Technical Support: Provide technical support and guidance to end-users, addressing system-related queries and issues. - Data Management: Oversee data quality, data governance, and data stewardship activities to ensure accurate and reliable customer data. - Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, processes, and user guides. - Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, Oracle consultants, including IT, Product, marketing, and sales, to align system capabilities with business needs. - Training: Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure effective utilization of Oracle CDP and CDM systems.
