Job Description

You are a skilled and detail-oriented Oracle CDP and CDM System Analyst and Configurator with over 5 years of experience. Your primary responsibility will be to manage, configure, and optimize Oracle Customer Data Platform and Customer Data Management systems to ensure efficient data handling and integration across various business functions. As a part of your role, you will configure and customize Oracle CDP and CDM systems to meet business requirements and enhance data management capabilities. You will also ensure seamless integration of customer data from multiple sources, maintaining data integrity and consistency. Monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and implementing improvements to optimize system efficiency will be crucial tasks. Your technical expertise will be utilized in providing technical support and guidance to end-users, addressing system-related queries and issues. You will oversee data quality, data governance, and data stewardship activities to ensure accurate and reliable customer data. Creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation for system configurations, processes, and user guides will also be part of your responsibilities. Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work closely with cross-functional teams and Oracle consultants including IT, Product, marketing, and sales to align system capabilities with business needs. Furthermore, conducting training sessions for end-users to ensure effective utilization of Oracle CDP and CDM systems will be essential. To qualify for this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Proven experience in configuring and managing Oracle CDP and CDM systems is required. Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and data modeling is essential, and familiarity with Oracle Fusion and Unity Cloud applications is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, teamwork spirit, and adaptability to learn new technologies and processes are also necessary. Preferred qualifications include experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI, knowledge of ERP systems and their applications in business processes, and familiarity with system integration techniques such as APIs and Streams.,
