Oracle CCB (Customer Care and Billing) Consultant

You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and configuring Oracle CCB solutions to meet client requirements. Additionally, you will work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define system specifications, and develop customizations. Your key responsibilities will include leading the testing process, troubleshooting technical issues, and resolving system bugs within Oracle CCB environments. You will also develop and deliver training to end-users and team members on Oracle CCB functionalities and best practices. Collaboration with Oracle CCB technical and functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions is essential. Furthermore, you will ensure timely and efficient implementation of Oracle CCB projects, provide post-implementation support, and continuously monitor system performance for optimization. Staying updated with the latest trends, best practices, and updates in Oracle CCB and related technologies will be part of your role. Qualifications and Skills required for this position include: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Proven experience with Oracle Customer Care and Billing (CCB) implementation and support. - Familiarity with Oracle Utilities Suite, Oracle MDM (Master Data Management), and Oracle EBS. - Hands-on experience with configuration, customization, and integration of Oracle CCB. - Ability to work with SQL, PL/SQL, and other Oracle tools for troubleshooting and customization. - Experience with full project lifecycles, from requirements gathering to deployment and post-production support. - Strong communication skills to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. - Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize workload effectively.,
