Oracle CCB (Customer Care and Billing) Consultant

Job Description: As an Oracle CCB (Customer Care and Billing) Consultant, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and configuring Oracle CCB solutions to meet client requirements. Your key responsibilities will include working closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define system specifications, and develop customizations. You will lead the testing process, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, and develop training materials for end-users and team members. Collaborating with Oracle CCB technical and functional teams, you will ensure the timely and efficient implementation of projects, provide post-implementation support, and continuously monitor system performance for optimizations. Staying updated with the latest trends and best practices in Oracle CCB and related technologies is essential. Required Qualifications and Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Proven experience with Oracle Customer Care and Billing (CCB) implementation and support. - Familiarity with Oracle Utilities Suite, Oracle MDM, and Oracle EBS. - Hands-on experience in configuring, customizing, and integrating Oracle CCB. - Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and other Oracle tools for troubleshooting and customization. - Experience with full project lifecycles and strong communication skills for effective stakeholder interaction. - Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Preferred Qualifications: - Oracle CCB certifications. - Experience with Oracle Cloud or other cloud-based utilities applications. - Knowledge of utilities industry best practices and Agile project methodologies.
