Role Overview: You will be responsible for implementing, upgrading, and supporting Oracle Utilities solutions in the customer billing and metering domains. Your deep expertise in Oracle Customer Care & Billing (CC&B) and Oracle Customer to Meter (C2M) will be crucial in this role, where you will work closely with utility business processes and systems. Key Responsibilities: - Implement and configure Oracle CC&B/C2M solutions based on client requirements. - Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications. - Design, develop, test, and deploy custom enhancements using the Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF). - Conduct data migration, interface design, and integration with external systems such as MDM, Smart Grid, and GIS. - Provide support for Oracle Utilities upgrades and patches. - Participate in solution architecture and design reviews. - Perform system testing, performance tuning, and resolve defects. - Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and QA teams. - Create documentation including design specs, configuration guides, and training materials. Qualification Required: - Deep expertise in Oracle Customer Care & Billing (CC&B) and Oracle Customer to Meter (C2M). - Strong understanding of utility business processes and customer information systems (CIS). - Experience with Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF). - Knowledge of Oracle Utilities upgrades, patches, and support processes. - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. - Excellent communication and documentation skills.
